How an order is made
The order form on the cart page opens WhatsApp with your order written into a message. Sending that message is a request, not yet a purchase. Your order is confirmed only when we have agreed in the chat which items are available, the total, how you pay and how your order reaches you, and you have paid.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. The total we confirm in the chat includes any sales tax and delivery charge that applies. Payment is arranged in the chat; this site does not take payments. If a price on the site is wrong, we will tell you in the chat before you pay, and you can cancel.

What the products are, and are not
We sell shaping garments. They change how clothing sits on you while you wear them. They are not medical devices, they are not treatment for any condition, and nothing we sell causes weight loss or any lasting change to your body. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or recently gave birth, or are unsure whether a compression garment is suitable for you, ask your doctor first.

The text, photography, design and name on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
Using the site
Please do not scrape the site, resell our products as if they were yours, interfere with how the site runs, or place fraudulent orders.
Limitation of liability
We stand behind what we sell and will replace or refund a faulty item. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item it concerns. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
