This policy is a working draft. It reflects how we intend to operate, and it will be reviewed before the store accepts its first order.
This policy explains what BellcorpusUSA collects when you use bellcorpususa.com and when you order from us on WhatsApp, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
- Your cart: the items you add are kept in a cookie in your browser and a matching temporary record on our server, so the cart still works as you move between pages. That record is cleared automatically after a short time.
- The order form on the cart page: what you type there is used only to write a WhatsApp message with your order in it. This site does not save it, and it is not sent anywhere except into that message, which you see and send yourself.
- When you order on WhatsApp: we receive what is in your message, your WhatsApp name and phone number, and whatever you tell us in the chat to complete the order — such as your name and delivery address, and what you bought.
- When you pay: payment is arranged in the WhatsApp chat. This site takes no card payments and never sees or stores card details.
- Automatically: basic technical information every web server records — IP address, browser, pages viewed, and the site that sent you here.
There are no customer accounts and no newsletter on this site.
What we use it for
To confirm, deliver and support your order; to handle replacements and refunds; to answer your messages; to keep the site working and secure; and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who else sees it
Only the companies we need to run the shop, and only the part each one needs:
- WhatsApp, operated by Meta, which carries your order message and our conversation. WhatsApp handles that information under its own privacy policy.
- Whatever payment service you choose with us in the chat, to take the payment.
- Whoever delivers your order, who receives only the name and address needed to deliver it.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its server records.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it. If we ever add advertising or analytics tools that track you, this list changes first, before the tool goes live.
Cookies
The site sets the cookies it needs to keep your cart working. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart will not work if you do.
Seeing or changing your information
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, including our copy of our WhatsApp conversation with you. We may have to keep order records for as long as tax law requires, and we will say so if that applies. Messages held by WhatsApp itself are governed by its policy, linked above.
Do Not Track
Browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for what a site should do with it, and we do not currently change our behaviour in response to one. We also do not track you across other websites.
Children
This shop is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date below and, where the change is material and you have an order in progress, tell you in our WhatsApp chat rather than leaving you to notice.
