2. On the cart page, fill in the short order form.
3. WhatsApp opens with your order already written into a message — the app on a phone, or WhatsApp Web on a computer. Check it and send it.
4. We reply in the chat to confirm that your sizes and colours are available, the total, how you pay, and how your order reaches you.

Nothing is charged and nothing is sent until you have agreed to all of that in the chat.

It lets us confirm that your exact size and colour is available before you pay, and answer sizing questions in the same conversation. You talk to a person, not a form.

We agree the payment method with you in the WhatsApp chat. This site does not take card payments, and you do not need an account.

No. The form only writes your WhatsApp message; the site does not save it. The message itself goes through WhatsApp. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Bellcorpus uses Brazilian sizing: Mini Mini, Mini, P, M, G and GG, then EG50 to EG56. You choose by your height and weight rather than your dress size. The Fit Guide has the company’s own worked examples. If you are between sizes or unsure, ask us before you order.

The gusset is the panel at the crotch. On a piece with an open gusset, that panel is left open, so you can use the bathroom without taking the garment off. The pieces that have one say “Open-Gusset” in their name.

• Light. Everyday smoothing you can forget you are wearing.
• Medium. A defined line under fitted clothes, comfortable for a full day.
• Firm. A strong hold for a few hours or a special occasion rather than all day. If it leaves a mark, restricts your breathing, or causes numbness or tingling, loosen it or take it off.

Each product page says which level it is.

Black, chocolate and sand (a warm beige). Every piece in the store comes in all three; we confirm the one you want is available in the chat.

All sales are final. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns or exchanges on delivered orders. Before you pay, we’ll help you choose your size and answer any question about the fabric. Items that are damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered will be replaced or refunded if you tell us within 7 days of delivery. The details are on our Returns Policy.

No. Every photo or video marked i shows an AI-generated model, not a real person. The garments in them are drawn from photographs of the real Bellcorpus products. The split-screen video on the home page is an illustration of the same dress without and with shapewear, not a measured result.
