Before you write about an order
Writing in the same WhatsApp chat as your order makes this much faster. If an item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, our Returns Policy page tells you what we need.
Sizing
If you are between sizes or unsure, ask before you order. All sales are final, so we would much rather help you choose than have you guess. Our Fit Guide explains the Brazilian sizes.
